    INGREDIENTS
    Dough:
    2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
    1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
    1/4 cup organic sugar
    1 packet active dry yeast
    5 1/2 cups flour, divided in half
    1 tsp salt
    Filling:
    3/4 cup vegan butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 tbsp ground cinnamon
    METHOD:
    Preheat oven to 350° F
    Mix the dough ingredients in a large bowl until combined
    Sprinkle a small handful of flour on the kitchen bench and roll out the dough mixture into a rectangle shape, making sure it is not too thick.
    Using a rolling pin, roll the dough mixture into a rectangular shape, making sure it is not too thick
    Combine the filling ingredients in a small bowl before spreading over the dough
    Tightly roll up the dough, then cut into roughly 3cm pieces
    Place on baking tray
    Glaze with almond milk
    Bake for 20 mins or until golden
